Note About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Fenn Valley is committed to a safe and friendly environment for guests and employees. The global coronavirus outbreak presents challenges to this goal. With no ability to predict the future, Fenn Valley is following the guidance of federal, state and local officials. We are rigorously cleaning all surfaces and encouraging all employees to report any cold or flu symptoms to management immediately.
Additionally, we wish to reiterate that our event and tour cancellation policy allows for a full refund due to illness. We would much prefer to refund your booking compared with exposing our guests and employees to illness, COVID-19 included. Please feel comfortable booking experiences with us knowing you can change plans if your health situation changes.
Event Reservation Policy
We have adopted the following reservation policy for all events that require a reservation and pre-payment. This applies to wine maker’s dinners, picnics, Girls Afternoon Out, or any other non-tour event that involves an admission fee. This policy does not apply to tour fees. We only accept reservations via our online reservation system or telephone. Email reservations are not accepted. Reservations will not be accepted prior to the date indicated in our literature or on our website, typically this is 30 days prior to an event. Reservations will not be accepted after the cutoff date for an event, which is usually 1 week prior to an event that involves a caterer or guest chef.
Reservations are not valid until payment is received. If paying by check, the reservation is not valid until we receive the check. If paying by credit card, the reservation is not valid if your credit card is denied. Credit cards will be charged immediately when reservations are made. We will email a confirmation and your credit card receipt once we have received payment for the reservation.
Except for illness refunds are NOT available on cancellations of events or other reservations. Be sure that you and your guests are able to attend BEFORE making a reservation. If you must make a cancellation, the earlier that you notify us of your cancellation, the more likely that we can resell the seat and issue a refund.
If we can resell your seat, the refund will be limited to 90% of the amount paid. It would be far better for you to find someone else to attend the event in your place.
Fenn Valley does everything in our power to accommodate properly documented dietary requests. If dietary requests can be accommodated an opportunity to list them will be given at the time of booking. In the event we can’t come up with acceptable substitute menu items we will contact the reservation holder to offer a cancellation and full refund. Fenn Valley is not responsible for dietary concerns not communicated at the time of booking.
